The Goldmark Károly Cultural Centre has been serving culture and culture lovers in Keszthely since 1952. In 2002, the institution was expanded with the renewed Balaton Congress Centre and Theatre. The theatre scene in Keszthely is outstanding, with 100-120 performances a year.
