Recharge Body and Soul
The sauna is not only a pleasant leisure activity but also has a number of positive effects on health. Sauna bathing is a relaxing and health-promoting activity that has been known to Nordic peoples for thousands of years. The first written records of sauna bathing date back to the Viking Age. The combination of hot air and cold baths has additional positive effects: it dilates and constricts blood vessels, promotes circulation, regenerates blood vessels and the entire body, makes connective tissue more elastic, tightens, and rejuvenates the skin.

Finnish sauna
The refreshing effect of sweating in the sauna is ensured by the high temperature and humidity. During sauna sessions, blood vessels dilate and contract, thereby increasing the body's resistance and aiding detoxification. Sauna also visibly beautifies the skin. This is partly due to the elimination of toxins through sweating, and also because during this process, the dead, scaly layers of skin shed, allowing the skin to regenerate more quickly.
Infrared sauna with Himalayan salt bricks
The infrared sauna does not heat up the air in the sauna, but rather, with the help of infrared rays, it heats up the skin and the connective tissues beneath the skin, thus warming the body from the inside out. Due to this technology, it operates at lower temperatures than the Finnish sauna, making it suitable for children, the elderly, and those with cardiovascular problems. The salt vapor disinfects the airways and reduces asthma and allergy symptoms.
Stone sauna
Our Stone Cabin sauna ensures a unique experience. The power of the stones holds the unique experience of sauna.
The healing power manifests in the fact that different vibrations are absorbed and emitted by each stone, thus creating different resonances in the body. Spending a few minutes in the cabin also helps relaxation.
Steam cabin with aromatherapy
At around 45°C and 100% humidity, the body heats up more slowly, and the prevailing steam in the steam cabin pleasantly hydrates the skin. It is ideal for those who prefer or tolerate the high temperature of the Finnish sauna less well. The steam cabin is effective for relaxation, muscle relaxation, and aids recovery from colds, reducing coughing, hoarseness, and sore throat, as inhaling aromatherapy steam has a similar effect to traditional inhalation therapy.
Diving pool
Cold water-filled pool whose role is to cool down the heated body after sauna sessions, stimulates blood circulation, and contracts dilated pores. It is important to know that it is not recommended to immediately jump into the cold water-filled plunge pool after sauna, it is necessary to allow the body some time to cool down.
Ice well
It serves to refresh the body after sauna sessions. Rubbing the ice on the skin stimulates blood circulation and has a pleasant effect on the body, in addition to having a pain-relieving effect. It is also regularly used in physiotherapy. If you crave a little refreshment after sauna, the ice fountain can be an excellent choice.
