Somoshegy lookout

15 km from Keszthely, along the main road, on the edge of the Somos park forest, on the site of the demolished former lookout tower, a new wooden covered lookout tower and resting place has been built, offering a fabulous view of Lake Balaton from the Keszthely Gulf to the Tihany Peninsula. The viewing platform allows a maximum of 10-12 people to stay on the structure at the same time.
